Start your strategic venture or your own academy anywhere in the world together with Roxbourg.
The purpose of the Roxbourg Investement Accelerator is to support you with everything you need to launch your strategic venture or your own academy. You will be able to decide your positioning, business model, team structure, launch strategy, and secure your Teachers Accreditation Protocol (TAP) facilitated by the Roxbourg Institute of Social Entrepreneurship (RISE) for your academy, teachers, and instructors.
Based on the best practices from the world’s biggest database of social entrepreneurs, we have developed the “Roxbourg Method” where you can launch strategic projects in four easy steps:
Step 1: Acquire License
Apply for the Free 40-Minute Work Session to scope your innovation academy, incubator or accelerator and decide the number of Roxbourg MBA Licenses you want to acquire based on your current capabilities and the needs of your community.
Step 2: Get Accredited
After you have acquired your Roxbourg MBA Licenses, you will be invited to join the 4-Week LEAPFROG program where you will finalize your Venture Plan together with up to 6 members of your team and secure your accreditation from Roxbourg to launch your own customized Roxbourg MBA Program.
Step 3: Operationalize
Once you have secured your accreditation to launch your own customized MBA program, you and your team will be invited to join the Roxbourg Institute of Social Entrepreneurship (RISE) with a 100% sponsorship to operationalize your Venture Plan.
Step 4: Launch
You will be invited to GoodFestival, the world's biggest celebration of social innovation so you can showcase the projects of your candidates and celebrate together with potential partners and sponsors who share your values regarding social, gender, or environmental equity.

Swiss Innovation
Roxbourg is a Swiss innovation based on the “Apprenticeship System” that has been perfected in Switzerland and Germany over the past 100 years. You learn by doing.

Higher Education Everywhere
In 2015 / 2016, the Roxbourg Team launched GoodFestival with seed capital from the Lausanne and Vaud Governments in Switzerland which provided an opportunity to apply the principles of the Swiss Apprentice System to create a “Professional Higher Education” system for professionals who want to learn outside the campus.
Accreditation
In May 2020, Roxbourg completed the operational launch of the SwissMBA.Org Accreditation Program which became the basis of Accreditarium Decentralized Accreditation (ADA). Roxbourg accredits professionals.
Acceleration
In February 2021, with the seed funding from the State of Vaud Governement in Switzerland, Roxbourg completed the operational launch of the Roxbourg HYPR Accelerator, the world’s biggest equity-free, scholarship-based humanitarian accelerator.
Certification
Between 2021 and 2023, the Roxbourg Institute of Social Entrepreneurship (RISE) launched the Professional Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) and ten Professional Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees where accredited Roxbourg Fellows certify candidates.
Digital Learning Platform
All Masters and Doctorate candidates are eligible to receive the Roxbourg ID powered by Google for Education and Acer for Education which provides access to the Roxbourg Digital Learning Platform that can turn any space into a micro-campus.
Go Global
At Roxbourg, candidates earn a Professional MBA or a Professional DBA degree by scaling up a sustainable project or a social venture that addresses the root cause of gender, environmental, or social inequity. Everyone can start their Professional Higher Education anywhere in the world and graduate in Switzerland.
